The undersigned hereby makes application, according to provisions of The Electrical Licensing Act for an Electrical Restricted Journeyperson's Licence.

Complete this application only if you hold a Journeyperson Certificate for:

*Instrumentation Electrician

*Industrial Electrician

*High Power Lineman

Or if you are employed in the following trades:

*X-ray Dental

*Extra Low Voltage (30v)

*Signs (Install and repair)

*Lightning Rod

*Municipal Signals

NOTE: If you are unsure of when your licence expires, search here ‘Find a Licensed Contractor or Operator’. We can only renew your licence if it expires within a few months. If you do not appear on the directory, you do not hold a valid licence.

All non-designated trades must be working for an electrical contractor in order to purchase a licence.

** Please submit a letter of recommendation from the company, stating the applicant's experience, length of time, and abilities in this type of electrical field for all new applicants.
