Propane Distributor/Contractor distributes propane via truck from bulk storage facility to a customer's premises. Deemed a supply authority by Gas Inspections Act, and meets requirements for a Gas Contractor's Licence per Gas Inspections Act to perform work on gas installations.

The undersigned, in accordance with the requirements of The Gas Licensing Act Hereby makes application for a Propane Distributor-Contractor's Licence.


NOTE: If you are unsure of when your licence expires, search here ‘Find a Licensed Contractor or Operator’. We can only renew your licence if it expires within a few months, or is expired. If you do not appear on the directory, you do not hold a valid licence.

Bond Information

All Gas Contractors are required to provide a guarantee bond in the penal sum of $10,000 to TSASK. (Such bond is available from any insurance company licensed in Saskatchewan.)

If the applicant is using a trading/business name, this name must appear on the Gas-Fitter Contractor's guarantee bond.

Please submit a scanned copy of the original bond. A PHOTOCOPY is NOT acceptable.
